I have been following the election questioning over the last eight years, and yet we still do not have solutions to the “computer problem” of tampered votes.

Mr. Spoonamore suggested mail in ballots as a solution. I became excited about this as a solution and have made a video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VUd0x6Omm3U.

I have since learned that there are also problems with mail-in ballots as to loss and delivery of applications, ballots not being counted when received, even thrown away!

But, the friend that I spoke with, who recently did a documentary on the subject, James Heddle at Eon.com, said that the best solution that he is aware of is to deliver the ballot to the polling place on election day.

Remember, if you use any type of “card” to punch or ink imprint your vote, those may not be voting machines you are using, but the ballots are counted via computer.  And even though the private networks used to transmit the information to the proper place are smaller than the internet, there is still vulnerability to tampering, with no ability to determine how this may have happened.

So, please get your applications for mail-in ballot in the mail as soon as possible and follow up to make sure you receive your ballot in time to deliver to your local polling place by 8:00 PM on election day.
