Hi Ladies –
Dito – Dito!! I am 51 & started menopause about 45. I felt like HRT was not an option for me. I wanted to go all natural. Nothing really helped long term. BUT I started Amberen 3 months ago. My hot flashes & night sweats were horrible. So was my energy level. Three days into taking Amberen I was dramatically feeling better. Your totally wrong about EVERYONE comes to an age of menopause. Simply not true. Most men are not that way. I believe once women realize that don’t have to provide that self-perceived “duty sex” to their partners. After that is realized, they will only make time to accomplish their other goals in life…whatever that may be. I wish it was different because I miss that intimacy and just breaks my heart at what does get lost in that change.

I can agree on one point only and that is elimination of hot flashes. However, they returned immediately when the product ran out (after using for 90 days). Additionally, when I accidentally missed two days hot flashes returned.

There was absolutely NO ENHANCEMENT to my libido. None, zilch. What a disappointment. And now I’m on the prowl again for something that will help.
