Article: Release Co-Dependency Through Self-soothing

From the time we are children, the traditions of our culture have a tendency to separate us from the innate knowledge and wisdom that comes to us quite naturally!  One of the best and primary examples of this is when parents discourage their children from touching or connecting with their own genitals.

As a woman who is a practicing Life, Love, and Relationship Coach, and who has studied men extensively, I am always tremendously impressed by men, and by how well they manage in our culture, which only too often acts to interrupt the circuit of their full potential.

In the course of my career, I have often [...]

Article: From Stepford Wife To Goddess

I have always been an adventurer at heart, but I was trained by my very Catholic parents to follow the rules — and I really tried. I remember being a very deep thinking philosopher, asking the really deep questions at a young age. The answers I got from my parents, didn’t make much [...]

Article – Insanity

My experience is that insanity is when we are overcome by “negative” emotions. These “negative” emotions are merely, initially, “red flags” to alert us to be watchful for self care. They are triggered because we have some memory or wound that has been repressed and stored within our bodies.
When we have an [...]
