There is much debate and fear around “losing yourself” or “free will” when we merge into oneness consciousness. Nothing could be further from the truth. We are always in a place of choice, even when we think we aren’t. Our intentions determine our energy movement and the Universe responds witha resounding YES. When we take the time to breathe, relax and let go into the Divine Present Moment, we are better able to connect with our Essence Self — the one who remembers our connection to the Divine, God, The Force,or whatever ever lable works for you. We are always connected as the fact that we are alive would suggest, but sometimes we forget that connection and think we have to do it all ourselves.

The Divine aspect of ourselves is the energy of creation and energy movement. Physical reality is a playground inwhich to have experiences that help God to know him/herself more fully – and Goddoesn¹t judge any of these experiences as good, bad, fun, awful. They are just experiences in which God discovers more about God. With this divine intention running through the filters of each individual’s personality, story and freely determined experiences, more can be discovered and explored.

When we are experiencing the pain of feeling separation, we have for some reason pinched off the flow of that Divine Life Force Energy. That is why Tantric Practioners love to explore the flow of extended orgasm. It kind-of cleans out the pipes, rebalances the body chemistry, and helps us to easily and pleasurably get back into the Divine Present Moment.

When not in the Present Moment, our consciousness may often be found otherwise in the Painful Past or Fearful Future, which is by definition separated from the knowledge that Love is the Rule of the Universe. This is when and how we lose our sanity and may find ourselves expressing that separation in ways that we might not otherwise when we are in our center and in a loving space.

When we are in our Center and feeling that Divine Connection with our Essence Self, we are in a space where we are able to listen to our authentic wants, needs and desires. And if we treat ourselves with the quality of love that ensures that those impulses are met, we are better able to maintain that Centeredness.

As we determine in which direction to place our attention and thus our energy, the Divine responds with that YES, revealing opportunities in which to manifest those desires. When we listen and respond to the answer of the Universe, we again have choice as to how wewill respond to those opportunities.

If we continue to listen to our InnerGuidance, and go with the flow, so to speak, the journey continues to unfold according to our attitude, approach and beliefs. When we decide to resist the experience our desires have called in, then pain is the result and wefall back into feelings of struggle and separation.

So, the answer is that the journey is a dance, between our personality, the Universe and our intentions. We, as the determiners of how we direct our intention and attention, are always in the driver¹s seat. The response of God, or energy in motion, is just that… The response to what we are putting out there.
