The las posting abt this subject was February 2010 and it's now July... I am taking it and I do feel some relief. I'm only in the third week with double dosage (2 weeks). I'm thrilled to death that the hot flashes are almost gone but I have rapidly gained weight and the scale is not moving downward.... Will it start moving soon??
